Nashville, TN — June 2, 2025 — Hermitage Design Center, formerly Hermitage Lighting Gallery, a long-standing leader in lighting, appliances, hardware, and national account solutions, is proud to announce a key leadership transition.
Jack Fleischer, who has successfully served as CEO/President for decades, will step down from that role and transition into the position of President. Fleischer has played a pivotal role in growing Hermitage Design Center and Hermitage Lighting National Accounts into two of the most respected entities in the industry. Guiliano brings a strong background in growth strategy, having held leadership roles at Remington, Wrangler, Walls Outdoors, and Coleman. He is known for his ability to align brand vision with operational execution and for fostering innovation in evolving markets.
“I’m honored to step into the role of CEO at Hermitage,” said Guiliano. “Jack has built an exceptional company rooted in quality, integrity, and service. I’m excited to work alongside the talented team at Hermitage to continue that legacy and drive future growth.”
