• All merchandise must be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.
• All merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
• All merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchase, with a receipt, for a full refund.
• Sale items are final sale. Custom order items are final sale. No exchanges are permitted unless the returned product is in Hermitage’s possession.
