Hermitage has served the residential building market in Nashville for 74 years. Family-owned, we are well known in the residential builder arena. We are proud of our relationships with custom builders and large national builders in the marketplace. THE OPPORTUNITY:
The Sales Consultant will report directly to the General Manager. Extensive Lighting training in the showroom will take place for the first couple of months shadowing with your co-workers and division manager. Leads will be provided and the sky is the limit in this hot Nashville market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Serve as an ambassador of Hermitage.

Deliver outrageous customer service acting with integrity.

Obtain company OKR's

Communicate effectively with the end-user.

Work with the division manager to strategically select products for the clients or builder.

Develop relationships with the end-user that leads to future business opportunities.

Coordinate with purchasing to ensure stock levels are maintained based on projections.

Coordinate all logistics for projects.

Lighting experience preferred, but not required.
