VISUAL MERCHANDISER / FIXTURE HANGER

THE OPPORTUNITY:

The Visual Merchandiser / Fixture Hanger will report directly to the Lighting Manager. Extensive training will take place. Visual Merchandiser / Fixture Hanger will be responsible for merchandising the Showroom floor and hanging and moving merchandise on the showroom floor and ceiling.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Serve as an ambassador of Hermitage Lighting.
  • Deliver outrageous customer service acting with integrity.
  • Work in a team environment while being able to take direction.
  • Communicate effectively with the end user.
  • Hang fixtures on the showroom floor. Merchandise product on the showroom floor.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and climb ladders.

SALES CONSULTANT

The Hardware and Plumbing Sales Consultant will report directly to the Hardware and Plumbing Manager. Extensive product and proprietary computer system training will take place for the first couple of months with your co-workers and division manager. Leads will be provided and the sky is the limit in this hot Nashville market.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Serve as an ambassador of Hermitage.

  • Communicate effectively with the end-user.

  • Work with the division manager to strategically select products for retail clients or the builder.

  • Develop relationships with the end-user that leads to future business opportunities.

  • Coordinate with purchasing to ensure stock levels are maintained based on projections.

  • Coordinate all logistics for projects.

  • Hardware and/or Plumbing experience required.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Outside Residential Sales experience required.

  • Coordinate all logistics for projects.

  • Lighting experience preferred, but not required.
